I've just purchased a template, what's next?

You will receive an email within a few minutes of your purchase which also gives you the download location. If you do not receive this notice, please check your anti-spam settings and check in your "junk mail" folder. If your email requires a verification process, please approve our email address prior to your order.

Your Zipped Template Files:

We recommend you save the file on your desktop.
Open the desktop folder and right-click on the zipped file.
From the menu, select WinZip - Extract to Here. (If using WinZip, place a check in the box next to "Use folder names".)
You will see an images.zip file, a templates folder (containing the coded pages for your store) and a couple of store logo files.

Your Business Name on the store Logo file

Send us exactly what you want written on the store logo. Unless you send us the specific font, we will use the font shown.
We will add your business name at no charge the first time within 30 days.
You will receive the file from us within 3 working days (usually sooner).
Download and save the file to your computer to a place that you can easily find.
Do NOT change the name of the file.

Your new picture instead of the "Sample" Main image

You have a number of choices for the main image replacement.
You can use your own image.
You can use an image provided by your suppliers.
You can go to a number of stock photo houses to get another image for your store.
If you do not have an image program, we will resize the image for you at no cost. Should you resize the image, you must use the same size shown in the template and you must name the image the same as ours. If you have any questions about the size or name of the main image, just call or email us. We'll get right back to you.
